Eric Foster brings more than 10 years of leadership and operational
experience in all aspects of business efficiency. As CEO, he is
responsible for directing and over-seeing all day-to-day operations, to
include but not limited to training, financing, marketing, sales,
negotiations, public relations, personnel and real estate acquisition.
He also serves as President of a private lending company, Lone Peak
Capital and Vice President of Uintah Holdings, a company that
specializes in real estate acquisition, and Prosperity Real Estate, a
real estate leasing company.
Prior to becoming one of Jonathan L. Lowry’s first students, Eric S. Foster
served 10 years in The United States Army. He was stationed with the
101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky and also served as a
Deputy Commander for a Quartermaster Company in Provo, Utah. He
maintained a high level of structure and organization, being in an
oversight role for every single section of the unit. He was directly
held accountable for the unit maintaining a deployment status, to
travel anywhere in the world, at all times. Eric S. Foster ’s success
was rewarded with high marks of accommodations and rapid promotions.
His impeccable background of leadership experience, meeting high
demands under numerous amounts of stress, training capabilities,
professionalism and integrity has been instrumental in the success of

Eric S. Foster met Jonathan L. Lowry thru a mutual friend and began

Strategic Wealth and Capital Group, Eric S. Foster joined the team and
