Miao ethnic group
or commonly known as the Miao people are a linguistically and
culturally related group of people recognized by the government of the
People's Republic of China and usually lived in southern China. Most of
the Miao people are still living as a tribe and a traditional life
thus, the Miao people are backward compares to others in China. Because
of the backward living of these Miao people, they are usually busy
farming or doing other things to support the living of their family. No
matter how busy the Miao people, this group of people are still
preserving the traditional Chinese art
and their culture until today. This group of people still have the
skills used to create these beautiful objects are rapidly disappearing
from the most of tribal groups that have traditionally practiced them.
