Internet access has become increasingly important. For US Military Personnel, surfing is important not only for their professional activities, but even for their personal communication and connection needs. When they need to connect to any US websites for personal use, they should not use their military computer or a military network for obvious reasons. They have to use other means that will hide their identity, keeping both their military connection and personal identities unknown to anyone.
